The application and agreement forms, as well as the debit order authorisation can be downloaded.
All forms can be emailed back to us reception@pinnacleboardingschool.co.za
Forms that parents must bring for registration:
- Transfer Card from previous school
- Last school report
- Full birth certificate (abbreviated certificate not acceptable) ID Document of Student
- Proof of Parent’s residence (e.g. utility bill)
- Copy of Parent’s latest salary advice
- Copies of both Parent’s Id’s
- 4 x Colour photo’s (Id’s) of learner
- Vaccine cards
